Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for purchases of $50.00 or more for orders placed within the US. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
In stock items generally ship within 3-5 business days of purchase date + shipping time. A tracking number will be forwarded to the email address that you checked out with. The carrier provides estimated arrival dates.
*Please keep in mind that there are shipping estimates quoted by the carrier and carrier delays do happen from time to time. Autumn Moon Kids Clothing cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
If your tracking states: arriving late, delivered, but you did not receive it or you have not received, please reach out to your local carrier for more information. Autumn Moon Kids Clothing is not responsible for packages that have been lost/stolen, damaged or arrived later than the estimated timeframe quoted by the carrier.
Returned packages
If a package is returned to us for a insufficient address or because it was refused, the customer will be sent an invoice for the cost of the reshipping and the package will be returned. International Orders
Autumn Moon Kids Clothing cannot offer free shipping for orders over $50.00 to customers that are purchasing outside of the US. We also are not responsible to pay import fees/customs fees, those fees are taxes imposed by the receiving country and will be the buyers responsibility.
