Orders, Processing & Shipping
Where can I find the estimated ship date for my order? Processing
Each product page displays the current estimated ship date for that item. Processing times vary slightly by season but our standard is 2–5 business days plus shipping transit time.
Will upgrading my shipping speed up my order? Shipping
Upgrading your shipping service speeds up the transit time once your order has shipped — it does not expedite the processing of your order. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
Do you ship internationally? Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
What is your return policy? Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale and clearance items including bamboo clearance are not eligible for return. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Can I change or cancel my order? Ordering
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships.
How do I care for my Autumn Moon pieces? Care
Care instructions are included on the tag of each garment and listed on the product page. Most pieces recommend gentle machine wash cold or hand wash. Please follow the care label to preserve the quality and longevity of your pieces.

How far in advance should I order? Ordering
Little Kitten gowns are made to order with a processing time of 1–2 weeks plus shipping. We recommend ordering at least 6–8 weeks before your event if you are in the US, and 8–10 weeks for international orders. This allows time for the best fit, ample delivery time, and the ability to exchange if needed.
What is the processing time for Little Kitten gowns? Processing
Each Little Kitten gown is made to order with a processing time of approximately 1–2 weeks. This is separate from shipping transit time. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.
Does upgrading shipping speed up my order? Shipping
Upgrading your shipping service upgrades the transit time once your gown has shipped — it does not expedite the making and processing of your order. If you need a rush, please contact us before placing your order.
How do I choose the correct size? Sizing
We recommend measuring your child and comparing to our size chart before ordering. When between sizes, size up. Our size chart is available on every product page.
What is your return policy for Little Kitten gowns? Returns
Because each Little Kitten gown is made to order especially for your child, they are not eligible for a refund. Returns are accepted for store credit only. We encourage you to review our size chart carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Can I customize the sash or color? Customization
Many of our gowns offer sash color options at checkout. If you do not see your preferred color listed, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer rush orders? Ordering
Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and any applicable rush fees.
Do you ship internationally? Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. We recommend international customers order 8–10 weeks before their event. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
