Most Little Kitten by Autumn Moon orders ship within 7–10 business days.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Processing time refers to the time required to carefully prepare, inspect, and package your order before it leaves our studio. This preparation time is separate from the shipping carrier’s delivery time.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available delivery services depending on location and availability.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package during transit.

Autumn Moon is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.
Tracking & Delivery
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.
If your tracking information indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local carrier office first, as they may be able to provide additional delivery details.
Shipping Protection
Shipping protection may be available at checkout to help cover packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
We strongly recommend selecting shipping protection for additional peace of mind.
If shipping protection is declined, Autumn Moon and Little Kitten by Autumn Moon are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. In these situations, customers will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate the delivery.

Little Kitten by Autumn Moon Returns & Store Credit Policy
At Little Kitten by Autumn Moon, many of our garments are created for weddings, portraits, celebrations, and other special occasions. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE
Eligible returns are issued STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and approved returns must be received by Little Kitten by Autumn Moon within 20 days of the original delivery date. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for eligible returned merchandise.
Return Window
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the original delivery date.
Once a return has been approved, the returned merchandise must be received by Little Kitten by Autumn Moon within 20 days of the original delivery date in order to qualify for store credit.
Initiating a return within 7 days does not extend the return period. Returns received more than 20 days after the original delivery date are not eligible for store credit.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
Store Credit Only
Eligible merchandise returned in accordance with this policy will receive store credit only.
We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment for eligible returned merchandise.
Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Store credit does not expire and may be used toward a future eligible purchase from our shop.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for store credit, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- Free from stains, odors, damage, makeup, glitter, or excessive pet hair
- Returned with original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging when possible
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or use for an event will not qualify for store credit.
Little Kitten by Autumn Moon reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
Special Occasion & Flower Girl Dresses
Our flower girl dresses, ceremony dresses, wedding apparel, and other special occasion garments are often purchased for weddings, portraits, parties, performances, and other scheduled events.
Eligible flower girl dresses, ceremony dresses, and other special occasion garments may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
To qualify, the return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and the returned garment must be received by Little Kitten by Autumn Moon within 20 days of the original delivery date.
Purchasing multiple sizes, colors, or styles for consideration does not change the terms of this policy. Eligible returned garments will receive store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method.
We strongly encourage customers to review sizing information and contact us with any questions before ordering, particularly when purchasing for a wedding or another date-specific event.
Garments returned with evidence of wear, event use, laundering, alterations, stains, odors, damage, or other signs of use will be denied and will not qualify for store credit.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit:
- Flower sashes
- Hair accessories
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order accessories
- Sale and clearance merchandise
Final sale items are not eligible for return even if the return request is submitted within the standard return window.
Return Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and are not included in the amount of store credit issued.
If a prepaid return label is provided by Little Kitten by Autumn Moon, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the store credit amount.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that an approved return is shipped promptly enough to be received by Little Kitten by Autumn Moon within 20 days of the original delivery date.
International Orders, Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
Little Kitten by Autumn Moon is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by your country's customs agency.
Orders refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund. If the package is successfully returned to us, store credit may be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
Any store credit issued will be reduced by the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees or carrier charges incurred.
How to Start a Return
Return requests must be initiated through our self-service return portal within 7 days of the original delivery date:
Once you enter your order information, items that are eligible for return under this policy will appear in the return portal.
Items that are final sale or otherwise ineligible will not be available for return.
Once a return is approved, the merchandise must be received by Little Kitten by Autumn Moon within 20 days of the original delivery date.
Please note: approval of a return authorizes the item for return for store credit only. It does not authorize a refund to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and assist you.
