Little Kitten by Autumn Moon garments are thoughtfully prepared for each order. Because many pieces are produced in small batches or prepared specifically for customers, processing timelines differ slightly from everyday ready-to-ship apparel.

Processing Time

Most Little Kitten by Autumn Moon orders ship within 7–10 business days.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Processing time refers to the time required to carefully prepare, inspect, and package your order before it leaves our studio. This preparation time is separate from the shipping carrier’s delivery time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available delivery services depending on location and availability.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package during transit.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location.

While carriers provide estimated transit times, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

We strongly recommend allowing adequate time for both processing and shipping when placing your order, and ordering well in advance of your event date whenever possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Autumn Moon is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.

Tracking & Delivery

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

If your tracking information indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local carrier office first, as they may be able to provide additional delivery details.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection may be available at checkout to help cover packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

We strongly recommend selecting shipping protection for additional peace of mind.

If shipping protection is declined, Autumn Moon and Little Kitten by Autumn Moon are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. In these situations, customers will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate the delivery.
