Little Kitten by Autumn Moon Returns & Store Credit Policy
At Little Kitten by Autumn Moon, many of our garments are created for weddings, portraits, celebrations, and other special occasions. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Approved returns must be shipped within the approved return period. Return requests submitted outside of this timeframe are not eligible for return or store credit.
International Orders, Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
Little Kitten by Autumn Moon is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by your country's customs agency.
Orders refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund. If the package is successfully returned to us, store credit may be issued once the item has been received and inspected. Any store credit issued will be reduced by the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees or carrier charges incurred.
Store Credit
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for store credit, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- Free from stains, odors, damage, makeup, glitter, or excessive pet hair
- Returned with original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging when possible
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or use for an event will not qualify for store credit.
Special Occasion Garments
Due to the nature of wedding and special occasion apparel, garments returned with evidence of wear, event use, laundering, alterations, or damage will be denied and returned to the customer.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Flower sashes
- Hair accessories
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order accessories
- Sale and clearance merchandise
Return Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of the return label will be deducted from any store credit issued.
How to Start a Return
Returns must be initiated through our self-service return portal:
Eligible items will appear within the return portal. Items that do not meet the requirements of this policy will not be available for return.
