Little Kitten by Autumn Moon Returns & Store Credit
Little Kitten by Autumn Moon garments are created for weddings, celebrations, and meaningful milestones. Because many of these pieces are purchased for special occasions and prepared in small batches, our return policy differs from everyday apparel.
Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Approved items must be shipped back within this return window in order to qualify for store credit.
Return requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be approved.
Store Credit Policy
Approved returns are issued as store credit. Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered for Little Kitten by Autumn Moon garments.
Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital gift card once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging when possible
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or excessive pet hair
Garments that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage may not qualify for store credit.
Special Occasion Garments
Many Little Kitten by Autumn Moon pieces are worn for weddings and special celebrations.
Items returned with signs of wear after an event or occasion will not qualify for return or store credit.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Hair accessories
- Sashes
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance merchandise
Return Shipping
If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Returns are initiated through our self-service return portal.
After entering your order information, any items that qualify for return under our policy will appear in the portal.
If an item does not meet eligibility requirements, it will not appear as a return option.
