Thank you for shopping with Autumn Moon. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME
Autumn Moon orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping transit time selected at checkout.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.
Transit times are estimated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
OPTIONAL SHIPPING PROTECTION
During checkout, customers may have the option to purchase shipping protection.
Shipping protection provides coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If shipping protection is selected at checkout, claims related to shipping issues may be submitted directly through the protection provider according to their terms.
If shipping protection is declined, Autumn Moon cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier.
FREE SHIPPING
If your order qualifies for a free shipping promotion, the discount will automatically apply at checkout.
Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping service and are intended to cover standard shipping costs up to approximately $12, depending on package weight and destination.
If shipping charges exceed this amount due to weight, destination, oversized packaging, or expedited shipping selections, the remaining balance may be reflected at checkout.
Free shipping promotions do not affect order processing timelines.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
Autumn Moon is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
TRACKING MARKED DELIVERED
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please try the following before contacting us:
- Check around your delivery area, including porches, side doors, garages, parcel lockers, and mailrooms.
- Check with neighbors or other members of your household.
- Contact your local shipping carrier for additional delivery details.
Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive. In many cases, the package appears within 24–48 hours.
Autumn Moon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT
If your tracking appears stalled or your package seems lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation when possible.
Shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays, severe weather, or high-volume shipping periods.
CARRIER DELAYS
While we work hard to ship orders promptly, delivery delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our control.
Autumn Moon cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been accepted by the shipping provider.
SEASONAL & HOLIDAY ORDERS
During collection launches, holidays, and peak sales periods, processing and transit times may be slightly longer than usual.
If you are ordering for a specific event, holiday, or gifting date, we recommend placing your order early.
