Autumn Moon Return Policy

We want you to love your Autumn Moon purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned according to the policy outlined below.


Return Window

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns must be requested within 20 days of the delivery date.

Items must be shipped back within this return window in order to qualify for a refund.

Return requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be approved.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags still attached
  • Returned in original packaging when possible
  • Free of stains, odors, excessive pet hair, or damage

Autumn Moon reserves the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.


Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

  • Hair accessories
  • Sale or clearance items

Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page.


Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for a free shipping promotion, the original outbound shipping cost associated with sending your order will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a prepaid return label is provided by Autumn Moon, the cost of the return label will also be deducted from the refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow several business days for your refund to be processed.


Free Shipping Orders

Free shipping promotions apply only to the original shipment of the order.

If an item from a free shipping order is returned, the original outbound shipping cost and return label cost may be deducted from the refund amount.


Seasonal & Event Wear

Some Autumn Moon items, such as holiday apparel and costumes, are purchased for time-sensitive events.

Items returned with signs of wear following an event or holiday may not qualify for return.

All returned items must meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.


Gift Returns

Items received as a gift may be returned for store credit if they meet all return eligibility requirements.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.


International Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Please note that international customs fees, duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or import charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. These fees are determined and collected by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may be required upon delivery. We also do not issue refunds for packages that are refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees or import charges.

If a package is returned to us because customs fees were not paid, we may offer store credit only once the package has been received back by us. Any store credit issued will be less the original shipping cost and any additional return shipping fees or expenses incurred.

Returns are initiated through our self-service return portal.

Once you enter your order information, any items that qualify for return under our policy will automatically appear in the portal.

If an item is not eligible, it will not be listed for return.

The portal will guide you through the remaining steps and provide return instructions when applicable.
