We are so sorry you are experiencing a carrier delay. We took a look at your order and it looks like you ordered, a little less than 2 weeks ago ( December 1st) and your order shipped on Decemeber 3rd. The tracking that was forwarded does show the tracking has been in transit since Dec. 3rd, but there is a carrier messages that states ' in transit arriving late' While we undetstand this is frustrating, we wish a carrier delay would not be a reflection on our shop. Carrier delays, this time of year, unfortunately do happen... but your package shipped promptly on our end and should be delivered soon. We will reach out to the carrier to see if we can obtain a better delivery date for you.
